At BhagwatiCart, we strive to provide high-quality spiritual, energized, and wellness products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

You received a damaged product.
You received the wrong product.
The product is missing from your order.

To be eligible for a return:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
You must provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

2. Non-Returnable Products

Due to the spiritual and customized nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Energized products
Customized or personalized items
Used products
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Orders returned without prior approval

3. Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
If Cash on Delivery (COD) was used, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Share your order number and photos/videos of the product.
Our team will review the request and provide a replacement or refund, as applicable.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If a prepaid order is canceled before shipment, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

6. Replacement Policy

Eligible products may be replaced instead of refunded, depending on product availability.
